The article in the NY Times says that there was a suicide note found near his body... I had a handwriting expert examine it and he's willing to prove in court that it's a forgery, additionally my father was LEFT handed, shot in the back of the Right side of his head. He lived for 13hrs after the shooting. There was no inquest performed.

I doubt very seriously that anyone would shoot himself or herself in a place where there is even a remote possibility that they would have to suffer through the pain of survival. On the day of his alleged suicide he told a friend he’d see him at the meeting on Monday. On that very same day he told a friend he was selling his Audi, as he had just bought a Porsche.

The city of Washington County Pa. refuses to release a copy of the police report on a closed alleged suicide case. Even after I've sent him a FOIA request. I wonder why? All I want to do is prove my father didn’t kill himself.
